Frequently asked questions
My writing is inspired by emotion in its rawest form: love, loss, longing, silence, music, memory. I’m moved by things people don’t say out loud, the quiet between moments, the songs that make you ache, the conversations that linger long after they’re over. Sometimes inspiration is a single look, a lyric, or the way light hits the floor. Mostly, it’s the need to translate feeling into something that can be seen, touched, understood. I write when my heart is full or breaking.
Always for myself first because I need to. But when the words are out, I let them go, hoping they land somewhere soft for someone else. If my writing feels like it was meant for you… maybe it was.
I step away. I listen to music. I walk, read, cry, or simply let the silence do its work. Blocked doesn’t always mean broken, it often just means I need to feel more before I try to say something.
Every time. But vulnerability is where connection lives. If one line helps someone feel less alone, then the risk is worth it. I would rather be honest than polished. That’s where the magic happens.
